Today, the World U25 Wheelchair Basketball Championships kicked off in Thailand. In Group B, US U25 Women's Wheelchair Basketball National Team under Trooper Johnson's leadership played against the Turkish U25 Women's Wheelchair Basketball National Team. US defeated Turkey. Final score was 70-16. I shared the following comment on Facebook:

Proud of my country's women for taking on a very strong U.S. U25 team earlier today. The score may seem like a defeat, but their presence in Thailand and competing in an international arena matters SO much. With continuous training, good equipment, and strong coaching our young wheelchair bball women team will one day undoubtedly get to the level of their competition. #trusttheprocess <3 #🇹🇷 #proud A big Congrats to the U.S U25 Women's Wheelchair Basketball team on their victory today! Good luck to both teams in the rest of the World Champs! <3
